Florida's existing home sales rose 20 percent in February - the sixth consecutive month that sales activity showed increases in the year-to-year comparison, according to Florida Association of Realtors.  With interest rates continuing downward, and prices at the lowest we've seen in many years, this is an incredible time for buyers to find a great deal.  Some folks have expressed a concern about not getting as much now as they could have a few years ago when they sell their home.  I encourage you to conisder that this is the time to buy your dream home, get that home you've been wanting, and lock in a great low interest 30-year mortgage.  Don't be one of those people who look back a few years from now and say, "I wish I took advantage of the market and bought a home back in 2009, when prices were at their lowest."
